Sin Nombre — OB&B Exclusive! (Episode 013)

Mystery Drink ingredients: El Dorado 15 year special reserve, Schladerer Edel-Kirsch, Cointreau, Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

Into a cocktail shaker about two-thirds full of ice cubes, measure and pour:
1 1/2 oz dark, aged rum
1 oz Edel-Kirsch
1 oz Cointreau

– Stir with a cocktail spoon for at least 30 seconds
– Strain the liquid into a 6-ounce to 8-ounce martini glass (or the Nick & Nora glass featured in the photo)
– Slide three Luxardo Maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick and lightly swirl through the liquor

2 oz. PlayPen Vodka
1/2 oz. Chartreuse (green)
3 oz. Pineapple juice
2 Chunks of fresh, grilled pineapple
2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
A cocktail skewer
A 6 oz. to 8 oz. martini glass
FreshJax Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt

Salt the rim of the glass
— Slice 1/3rd of the way into a pineapple chunk, fit the rim of the glass into the slice, then drag the pineapple around the rim of the glass until it’s coated with juice;
— Pour some of the smoked sea salt into a shallow plate then press the rim of the glass into the salt until well–coated

Combine the vodka, Chartreuse, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker 1/3rd to 1/2 full of ice cubes; stir with cocktail spoon for 30 seconds

Strain the liquid into the glass while avoiding the salted rim

Into a cocktail shaker about half-full of ice, goes:
1 1/2 oz ounces of gin
3/4  oz of simple syrup
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. (For all the details why, go listen to Episode 007 ⎯ The Real James Bond)
– Strain the cocktail into a highball glass 3/4ths full of crushed ice
– Drizzle the crème de mûre over the top of the drink
– Slide some raspberries or blackberries (or both) on a bamboo skewer
– Pop the lime wheel on the rim
– Enjoy!
